An amazing Tensile Structure for Prestigious Events

May 2025 marks another important milestone in Anceschi’s long-standing expertise in the field of custom-made coverings. A new and massive tensile structure—offering up to 6,500 m² of covered space—was successfully delivered to a leading Dutch company in the rental of temporary structures for high-level events.

A Large-Scale Project: Dimensions, Challenges, and Technical Solutions

The commissioned structure stands out for its impressive dimensions: 130 meters in length, 50 meters in width, and a central height of 24 meters.
Due to its exceptional size and technical complexity, the project required in-depth planning and precise coordination between our technical offices, production departments, and logistics team.

To support the structure, Anceschi supplied:

  • 12 telescopic masts, each 24 meters high and equipped with 2 independent motors (24 motors in total);

  • 12 structural connection rings, essential for tensioning and overall stability;

  • 12 baskets for safe installation at height.

The result is a magnificent tensile structure—durable, modular, and built to withstand the challenges of variable weather conditions such as those found in the Netherlands.

The roof covering, in blue with yellow details, evokes the tradition of large show tents while presenting a modern and functional aesthetic.

The twelve peaks, corresponding to the main masts, create an elegant and easily recognizable profile, making this tensile structure ideal for festivals, concerts, trade shows, and other major public events.

The project was completed in full compliance with all current European standards governing the design and safety of temporary structures.
